The Airport Research Council is a multi-agent pipeline created by TransformAirports. The current web workflow develops a thesis through context, specialist perspectives, framing, challenge, review, and a private draft. Its roles run through the owner’s Codex ChatGPT subscription, with web search available for primary-source research. The owner chooses when queued work runs.

Each new run requests structured evidence from researchers and checks the final wording after editing and humanizing. You can download editable Word reports and PowerPoint decks. The legacy system’s source snapshots, human checkpoints, immutable archive and independent visual release inspection are still being restored. New runs therefore remain drafts requiring human verification and approval.

The council itself is defined as source-controlled Markdown profiles. Browsing the roster and running a report use the same bundled profiles from the deployed application, so research does not depend on a live GitHub request.
